  • just read janice's blog and think it's quite useful. so i copy and paste to my blog. hahahaha.

    Ingredients to avoid:

    - Diethanolamine (DEA)
    - Momoethanolamine (MEA)
    - Triethanolamine (MEA) (* the ingredients mentioned as above actually affect the hormone function)
    - Fragrance
    - Isopropyl alcohol
    - Mineral oil (* don’t get trick by this, I used to think it’s like some sort of oil containing good mineral, but it turn out to be something which inhibit the skin’s ability to breathe !)
    - Paraben preservatives
    - Polyethylene glycol (PEG)
    - Propylene glycol (PG)
    - Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) (* I found this to be very common in almost everything: shampoos, facial foams blah blah.. it’s used as surfactants to remove dirt from skin)

  • I think this year will be a fast one for me. My school plan for us to finish one module which requires us to finish within 6 months to 6 weeks. So everyday there will be practical and theory lessons for us and everyday 8am-6pm except tuesday. and my new lecturer is so funny and entertaining. sometimes is not the lecturer boring. it depends on oneself whether you wanna listen anot. you keep talking and lecturer never stops you from talking and then you take advantage of her and then you say you hate her. so in the first place did you ever put your shoes in her shoes? anyway, not my classmate.. and i know that day, i talk to myself an hour plus without any notice until my classmate remind me... haha...

  • what a happy day today coz i get to shop around.
    but shopping is really tiring.
    oh i love bacon with asparagus. it is d.a.m.n nice!!

    losing weight is a torture............!

  • school reopening soon and i waited for this day to arrived for so long!! i'm sick and tired of holidays. is not that i detest holidays but i just think that this holiday is too long for me. make me feel so sick and tired. touching up with friends, work, shopping, slack at home is what i've done during this holiday. actually is quite sad when you always ask someone out and they always reject you. i don't know what they are thinking and to be truthful, i ain't happy lor. imagine if you were me, what would you think? you are not some big shots lor. sometimes, you should do some soul searching what you done to your friends around you. have them own you? must they treat you like what you want them to? problems lies with you, not your friends. maybe you have no confidence, low self-esteem... i don't know. cuz i'm not you. i'm just giving some examples. you may use it to do some search and you may not.

    sometimes i just don't know what the answer is there and people still ask. they ask because they wanna double confirm? just like you are a female means you are a female. not a male. such things are understood. and when i ask you for something, if you are interested, you will agree straight away and not turn one round and answer me. you want means you want. you don't want means you don't want. don't know is an excuse unless you really have no choice. or should i blame myself that i don't know that there are such person that like to turn one round? yeah, maybe i should convince myself with this answer. but sometimes i just don't get it.

    Example.
    me: what you wanna eat?
    A: don't know.
    me: where you wanna go?
    A: anything.
    me: er... go vivo city?
    A: last week i went there already.  
    *my thoughts- you went there last week cannot go again is it? you shit in the morning so night time you can't shit is it? -.-
    me: er then go town?
    A: don't want lah.. so crowded...
    *my thoughts- nabei in the first place you say anything one.
    me: (give you suggest) so where you wanna go.
    A: don't know.

    WTF!!! and this go on and on. sometimes can drag until very long and in the end, go to the place i first suggest which is vivo city. you see how furious i am sometimes.




    i is sibei pek chek sometimes when i met this kind of people. you won't know this feeling unless you've met.

    i went to some japanese supermarket.. the things there are expensive.

    i bought this don't know what is it called. very nice!! and heard that it's out for sale only japan cny.. very very nice for me.
